Problem
The commercial and multi-family construction space did not have a centralized database (think Crunchbase) for new projects. This made it difficult for contractors to find, bid, and compete for new work which was imperative as they were coming out of the 2009 great financial crisis.
Solution
I built a web app single solution CRM that became a 'crunchbase' for commercial and multi-family construction projects in the domestic US.
